Hisar School is the official AP exam center; therefore students who are not Hisar students are also offered the opportunity to take AP exams at our School. Students who will participate from outside can only take the exam at Hisar School. External students are not accepted to AP courses.
Students who will come to our school to take the AP Exam from outside must be applying to the College Board as EXAM ONLY.
- These students will not have access to course materials and questions through the system.
- We would like to emphasize that the application deadlines announced by the College Board are not the same with the application deadlines declared by the Hisar School Test Center.
- You should pay attention to the dates announced by the Hisar School Test Center.
2022 – 2023 Academic Year AP exams will be held face-to-face at Hisar School campus between 01 – 12 May 2023. Applications for students who want to take the AP exams will be made online between October 7 – November 11, 2022. Applications made after this date will be evaluated in the “late application” process and the fee will be changed.
Exam fee refund information is different from the College Board page, and you should follow the information provided by Hisar School Test Center.

AP Exams Application Process
Application Steps
1. Filling The Exam Application Form
The first step in the AP application process is to fill out the AP Exam Application Form, which tells you which exam you will take at Hisar School. If you will create an account for the form, this account will be for the application process. The student will need to create a separate account for the College Board.
- Students from outside Hisar School must create an account on HisarNet.
- The student will enter general information into the system. In the parent information section, the information of the parent belonging to the account from which the fee payment is made is important for invoicing.
- Please click to view the form.
2. Paying the Exam Fee
You have to pay the total fee of the exams you will take into the USD bank account included in the application form.
- Payments will be received in USD only.
- When making the payment, we kindly ask you to send the fee by adding the bank’s bank charges.
- In case of refund payment, refund payment will be made to USD bank account number.
3. Entering Exam Codes into College Board System
After the application form is filled and the exam fee is paid, a code will be shared with the student and his/her parent within the scope of the exams he/she will take.
- It is important and necessary that these codes are entered into the College Board system by the student as soon as they are shared.
- If this process is not done, the exam application will not be made.
- Student should write the given codes on his/her own College Board AP page.
4. Completion of the Application
The exam application process is completed when the student can view the exams he/she will take in the AP section by logging into his/her College Board account.
5. Questions
We kindly ask you to send your questions to ap@hisarschool.k12.tr address. E-mails will be replied to within 1-3 business days.
Late Application and Pricing

- Due to the high demand for some exams, some of the exams are not opened during the late application process.
- The late application process will end after February 15, 2023.
- We would like to emphasize that registration will not be accepted after this date.
Important Return Information:
